Rising token prices hit Kasarani families and landlords alike, and the outages that come with heavy rain make it worse. Many homes in the area are newly built, with clear, unshaded roofs that are ideal for solar.

Solar installation in Kasarani can be a practical way to bring costs down and keep the lights on. For homes, Nerpax designs hybrid systems that cover lighting, sockets, TV, Wi-Fi and fridges, with batteries for evenings and outages, plus solar water heating. For landlords, solar can run common lighting, the borehole or water pump, the gate and CCTV, or provide solar water heating in each unit.

We check the roof, review your bills, design the system around your loads and budget, and install genuine panels, inverters and batteries. Commissioning includes showing you how to monitor the system on your phone.

Homeowners on standalone plots often ask for automated gates, electric fencing and solar backup. Nerpax Systems supplies, installs and delivers across Kasarani.

Solar Installation in Kasarani: FAQs

Can solar water heaters work for every unit in a rental block?

Yes. Each unit can have its own solar water heater on the roof, or a central system can supply several units. This depends on roof space, the plumbing layout and water pressure. We assess these during the survey and recommend the most practical setup.

How much does home solar cost in Kasarani?

It depends on what you want to run and for how long. A small backup system costs far less than one that runs the whole house. We size the system from your loads and give a firm quote; the cost depends on site, so confirm with a free site survey.
