Ground-floor apartments, maisonettes and small offices in converted houses are the easiest targets in Kilimani. A window above a flower bed or a back door into a service lane is all a burglar needs, especially while the occupants are at work.

Alarm system installation in Kilimani by Nerpax protects those entry points. We fit contacts on doors and windows, motion detectors in the rooms behind them and a siren that makes it clear the property is protected. Alerts go to your phone, and you can arm and disarm through an app or keypad.

Apartments: entry door and accessible windows, with a panic button
Maisonettes: perimeter and interior zones, night arming

We survey, design the zones, install, test each sensor and train you on daily use. Request a quote for your unit.

Serving Kilimani

Kilimani is one of Nairobi's busiest apartment neighbourhoods, with tall residential blocks, serviced flats and short-stay units off Argwings Kodhek Road, Ngong Road and around Yaya Centre. Shared buildings like these rely on a working intercom, controlled entry and cameras covering gates, lifts and parking. Landlords and management companies also need tidy power distribution, backup for lifts and water pumps, and sub-metering that stops disputes. Smaller offices and salons run from converted houses here too. Nerpax Systems supplies, installs and delivers in Kilimani.

Alarm System Installation in Kilimani: FAQs

Can I install an alarm in a rented apartment?

Yes. Wireless alarm systems are ideal for rented units because they need minimal drilling and no new cable runs. When you move, the panel and sensors can be removed and reinstalled elsewhere. We recommend letting your landlord know before installation.

Can a panic button call for help silently?

Yes. A panic button can trigger a silent alert to chosen phone numbers without sounding the siren, or sound the siren as well if you prefer. We set this up according to how you want to respond in an emergency.
