Homes in Westlands and Parklands are often empty during the day while everyone is at work or school, and many offices are empty every night and weekend. A burglar who knows the routine has hours to work in.

Alarm system installation in Westlands takes away that time. Nerpax fits door and window contacts, indoor motion detectors and, where useful, outdoor beams that catch an intruder before they reach the house. A loud siren and instant phone alerts mean you know the moment the system is triggered, and you can arm or disarm it from an app.

For households with domestic staff we set up separate codes and partial arming, so bedrooms can be protected at night while the living area stays open. For offices, we add panic buttons at reception and zone the system so a server room or store can stay armed during working hours.

Serving Westlands

Westlands has grown into a business district of glass office blocks, malls, hotels and restaurants along Waiyaki Way, with high-rise apartments filling the streets behind. Commercial tenants expect access control, visitor management and CCTV coverage of parking and lobbies, and many need clean, stable power for data rooms through UPS and generator changeovers. Residential towers need video intercoms that let residents see who is at the gate. Nerpax Systems serves Westlands with supply, installation and delivery for both offices and apartment developments.

Alarm System Installation in Westlands: FAQs

Can different family members or staff have their own alarm codes?

Yes. Most panels support many user codes. Each family member or staff member gets their own, and the panel can record who armed or disarmed the system. If someone leaves your employment, you delete their code without changing everyone else's.

Will pets set off the alarm in our Westlands home?

Pet-immune motion detectors are designed to ignore smaller animals, up to a stated weight, while still detecting people. We ask about your pets during the survey and position detectors so that dogs and cats moving around do not cause constant false alarms.
