Gate Automation in Westlands
Open your gate from the car, even in the rain or a blackout. Sliding and swing gate motors and automatic doors, installed and serviced.
Hooting at your own gate in evening traffic on a narrow Westlands side street is frustrating, and waiting there is a security risk. For apartment blocks the problem multiplies: dozens of residents, visitors and delivery riders, all relying on one guard and one heavy gate.
Gate automation in Westlands solves both. For homes and townhouses, we fit sliding or swing gate motors with remotes so you drive straight in. For apartments and office compounds, we add access control such as tags, keypads or a guard-house button, so every resident has their own credential and the gate closes behind each car.
Nerpax checks the gate structure, rails and hinges before choosing a motor, because a misaligned gate will burn out even a good operator. We install safety beams, battery backup for power cuts and a manual release, then test the gate with you. Neighbouring Lavington homes are covered too.

Serving Westlands
Westlands has grown into a business district of glass office blocks, malls, hotels and restaurants along Waiyaki Way, with high-rise apartments filling the streets behind. Commercial tenants expect access control, visitor management and CCTV coverage of parking and lobbies, and many need clean, stable power for data rooms through UPS and generator changeovers. Residential towers need video intercoms that let residents see who is at the gate. Nerpax Systems serves Westlands with supply, installation and delivery for both offices and apartment developments.
