Visitors banging on the gate while you are upstairs, or a delivery rider phoning because nobody heard them, are everyday hassles that intercom installation in Donholm solves. An outdated or missing doorbell is also a security risk, because you open before you know who is there.

For maisonettes and family homes, a video intercom with a monitor in the living room and an extra one upstairs works well. For blocks of flats and estate gates, multi-unit systems connect each household to one outdoor panel.

Nerpax supplies the panel and monitors, runs and protects the cables, connects gate or door release where needed and tests every unit. Many modern panels can also forward calls to your phone, so you can answer even when away from home.

Serving Donholm

Donholm is an established eastlands neighbourhood near Jogoo Road and Outer Ring Road, close to Umoja and Buruburu. Older maisonettes and estate houses sit alongside newer apartment blocks built on subdivided plots. Many older homes have tired wiring that needs safe upgrades, while landlords of newer blocks want CCTV, intercoms and gates that can handle constant traffic. Small businesses along the main roads value cameras and backup power. Nerpax Systems supplies, installs and delivers in Donholm and the surrounding estates.

Intercom Installation in Donholm: FAQs

Can my Donholm gate intercom ring my phone when I am not home?

Yes, with a Wi-Fi video intercom. Calls from the gate can be forwarded to an app on your phone so you can see and speak to visitors remotely. The house needs a stable internet connection.

Can an estate gate in Donholm have one intercom for all households?

Yes. A multi-apartment intercom places one panel at the gate with a call button or code for each household, and a handset or monitor in each home. Residents can release the gate from their house.
